Ladies' bend & brunch Includes a 50 minutes yoga class as well as a 25 minute meditation & manifestation session with Kelly Collins. The class is for all yoga levels and includes classic poses and stretches. As part of the meditation ritual, Kelly has prepared a pure cacao drink to awaken your body! As we end our practice, Kelly plays her bowls for a beautiful sound bath and sage cleansing. What a perfect way to start your weekend!
After we are done bending our bodies and mind, its time for brunch!
